Armed with strong business acumen and a great passion for hospitality, since a very young age, Sanjay began his career with The Taj Group of Hotels, continuing with Welcomgroup's flagship hotel, Maurya Sheraton.
At Seasons, Sanjay is involved in every bit of planning for an event, whether it be operations, food production or service. Having travelled diverely across the globe, Sanjay has envisioned very clearly how to develop new avenues for his patrons.

Over the past 8 years, Varun has worked with the Marriott Group around India and has gained valuable experience in the area of banquet sales and Operations. A degree in Hospitality Management adds to his strong professional background.
CHEF MANJAY SHAHI
A hotel management graduate with vast experience as a Chef in leading hotel chains like Oberoi hotels and resorts and The Taj group, Manjay specializes in Western, Oriental and Middle Eastern cuisines. He is responsible for up-gradation, design and development of new cuisines benchmarked to International standards and the latest trends in the industry.
With more than 3 decades of experience with renowned hotel chains like The Oberoi Hotels and Resorts and Maurya Sheraton, New Delhi, Chander is responsible for maintaining high standards of service and operations at Seasons. He has been part of various formal banquets for Richard Edenbrough President Clinton, President bush, President Obama, President Vladimir Putin, President Kumara Tunga of Sri Lanka, Maharaja Gaj Singh to name a few.
Culinary Event Planner & Curator
Chef Yashin combines the unique influences of his Indian origins and classical French Culinary training in his food. He started his career with the Oberoi group in Mumbai and following that he moved to France. He has been involved with Seasons Catering since a while now and puts to practice his experiences in French Cuisine and country style cooking.
CHEF SOHAN MEHRA
Chef Sohan is working directly under Chef Manjay, his forte being primarily traditional Indian Cuisine. He has gained International experience with chains like The Oberoi at Egypt. Additionally Chef Sohan has collected a varied and flavorful experience while in Shimla and Bhutan. He has had the opportunity of being Part of signing of peace treaty between Egypt and Israel in 1977 at Oberoi, Catering for President of Egypt in 1988, functions for Indian Embassy in Cairo, was part of Food festival in Italy 1991 and has been to Paris and Zurich as well for various food festivals. Worked with the Nirulas chain from 1995 to 2000 and then with Seasons Catering since.
